Suite 18 Boutique Hotel

The staff there was attentive and ready to help you if needed. I got a room right behind the concierge desk in the lobby so we didn’t have to climb the stairs since the hotel did not have a lift. The location is great too, walking distance to pasar payang. They provide towels, basic toiletries and a YL diffuser in the room which was a nice touch.

A complete room with all basic amenities and all in good condition. Things provided: ironing, drinking water dispenser at each floor, toothbrush, humidifier, coffee, tea, kettle, power points, small table, luggage rack, towel, hangers, hair dryer, body wash gel, strong water pressure with rain shower.... not noisy at all. Overall fantastic room, clean, friendly front desk service, very nice hidden cafe at the back of the hotel, near restaurants, cafes and kopitiams, 7 eleven is just next door. Parking availability is ok, many more public parking spaces at the back of the hotel short walk away. Lockers are available for tenants who stays in dormitory.

Affordable bicycle hire, privacy curtains, friendly and warm staff. The cafe on the ground floor. Balcony and clothes drying area, free (very) cold, room temperature and hot drinking water on every floor. The bathrooms and Japanese-style gender markers for male and female. Free spacious lockers. Location right near Chinatown, Pasar Payang and the night market. A check-in machine outside for late or very early check-in/out.

Great location in China Town, 10 minute walk from the bus station, lots of good places to eat nearby and right next to a 711. A good place to stop for a couple of nights on the way to/from Perehentian and Redang. Their coffee shop is great too and you even get a free welcome coffee!

Everything was great. This was my 3rd time to stay in this hotel with my family. Location is very strategic in the middle of Chinatown and a lot of food nearby so no need to worry cannot find things to eat. Also, quite surprise me is the check in system where they have changed it to vending machine. Basically is self service in check-in and check-out and it is quite easy and can done is less than 5 mins. This is my first time to see a hotel do so as i think other hotel still using manpower for check in and out.
